Wrong Products Received
It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product;
we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we
made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen),
please, first, notify us via email within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will then issue an RMA number and return instructions on
how and where to return the product. Please do not ship
anything back without an RMA and those instructions. It is our
wish to take care of you as soon as possible and get you your
product. If you ordered the incorrect product (your mistake), then
please see "ordered wrong" below.
Wrong Products Ordered
If you made an error and ordered the wrong products
(from the items that have listed prices on our web pages; not
special quoted products), and wish to return the product; please
contact us so we can organise an RMA number and return
instructions. Returns MUST have an RMA in order to be
processed correctly, so please wait for us to send you that
information. Incorrectly ordered products are to be shipped to:
